Transparent Invoicing & Timesheets

We keep invoicing simple and transparent.

How it works:

  • After each shift, the nurse completes a CoverDent timesheet confirming hours worked

  • This is shared to ensure accuracy and transparency

  • An invoice is issued every Friday

  • Payment terms: 30 working days from invoice date

Late payment terms:

  • Any overdue invoice incurs 5% interest per day until settled
